Peanut ball pelvic organisation (water-filled)

What It Does

Removes the hard contact point the pelvis defaults to bracing against. The water fill means the surface moves with the rider, so any holding pattern becomes immediately uncomfortable and following becomes the easier option.

What to Feel

The pelvis finding its own response to the surface rather than fixing a position. Small movements through the lower back and hips that were previously blocked.

Common Mistakes

  • Gripping through the thighs to compensate for the moving surface.
  • Focusing on staying centred rather than letting the movement happen.
  • Using a ball that is too full — it needs to give, not bounce.
