Continuous tracking with awareness (not fixation)

What It Does

Builds broad, distributed attention rather than narrow fixation. Real riding requires holding many channels simultaneously — soft peripheral awareness is more useful than sequential conscious checks.

What to Feel

Soft awareness of multiple body areas without effort. Easy switching between areas of attention. A sense of monitoring without managing.

Common Mistakes

  • Fixating on one thing so long that the overall picture is lost.
  • Trying to consciously manage every body part simultaneously.
  • Confusing broad awareness with distraction.
